As a graphic design intern for Island Park Properties, I gained experience in many areas, most notably design for print and social media experience. I learned how to create and utilize templates in Mailchimp, created collateral to be printed, and generated social media content. Below are a few examples of the work that I created for the company.
Many brochures, fliers, and other important documents were created including listing brochures, fact sheets, quarterly sales report mailers, invoice templates, agent biographies, and much more.
I created branded item mockups to present in print meetings. I then translated them to various print companies' required di-lines and dimensions.
I shot photography content for both the company's blog and e-blast newsletter and interior/exterior shots of houses and condos for MLS listing services.
